You can top up your balance on the billing page. After topping up, your balance is used to pay for Poixe AI model calls. To keep credits and reconciliation clear, the platform offers two methods: online top-up and manual top-up.

Billing

Top up online or manually, and contact sales.

Top-up methods

Online top-up

Suitable for most individuals and teams for everyday use: self-service ordering, online payment, and fast crediting.

Manual top-up

Suitable for enterprise scenarios (for example, when you need a contract, an invoice, or a corporate payment process). Manual top-up requires contacting the team.

Online top-up process

  1. Open the billing page and select Online Top-Up
  2. Choose the amount to top up (in USD)
  3. Click Top Up to go to Order Confirmation
  4. On the order confirmation page, click Confirm Payment to be redirected to the payment page and complete payment
  5. After payment succeeds, your balance updates automatically (if there is a brief delay, refresh after a moment)
Tip: If a payment fails or times out, you can check the order status in the history on the billing page and initiate payment again.

Payment channels

Online top-up is powered by Stripe. The supported payment methods are as shown on the payment page, and usually include:
  • Link (express checkout)
  • Bank cards (Visa / Mastercard, etc.)
  • ACH transfer
  • Alipay
  • WeChat Pay

Manual top-up

We recommend choosing manual top-up and contacting the team when you need to:
  • Get an invoice
  • Sign a contract / make a corporate purchase
  • Make a large top-up or arrange a custom settlement method
After switching to Manual Top-Up on the billing page, you can use the link on the page to contact the team about the process and the materials required.

FAQ

What currency is used for top-ups?

Platform top-ups and balance accounting are in US dollars (USD).

How long until the balance is credited?

After an online payment succeeds, the balance is usually credited right away. In some cases there may be brief caching or sync delays; we recommend refreshing after a moment or checking the status in your billing history.
