# Revenue Payouts

This page explains how vendors view their revenue, configure a payout method, and submit a withdrawal request.

## 1. View revenue and details

You can view data from two entry points:

* **Channel logs (per-request details)**: For verifying the handling and consumption of each request\
  [https://poixe.com/vendor/log](https://poixe.com/vendor/log)

* **My Revenue (summary panel)**: Shows withdrawable revenue, historical revenue, historical supply volume, and revenue charts\
  [https://poixe.com/vendor/revenue](https://poixe.com/vendor/revenue)

> Recommendation: When reconciling, first check the summary in **My Revenue**, then use the **channel logs** to trace back to specific requests.

## 2. Configure a payout method

Before withdrawing, configure a payout method on the settings page (required for your first withdrawal):

* **Payout method settings**: [https://poixe.com/setting/payment](https://poixe.com/setting/payment)
* Supported:
  * **Alipay**
  * **USDT (TRC-20)**

## 3. Request a withdrawal

Go to the "My Revenue" page, click **Request Withdrawal**, and fill in the following as prompted:

1. The withdrawal amount (USD)
2. Choose a payout method (Alipay / USDT TRC-20)
3. Submit the request

After submission, the amount being withdrawn enters a "frozen / processing" state while it awaits processing by the platform.

## Notes

* **Minimum withdrawal**: At least **\$14** per withdrawal, and only **whole-number amounts** are supported.
* **Processing time**: Withdrawal requests are usually processed within **24 hours**.
* **USDT fees**: USDT supports **TRC-20** only, and the on-chain fee is a fixed **1U**.
* **Avoid duplicates/cancellations**: Please avoid submitting duplicate requests or canceling requests; if you cancel and then request again, you must wait **24 hours**.
* **When you stop using the service**: If you plan to stop supplying and want to settle everything at once, contact the team for assistance.
