# System Errors

System errors are generated by the platform itself and are common in scenarios involving account status, token status, permissions, and policies. These errors return JSON in a fixed format, making them easy for programs to handle uniformly.

## Fixed error format

```json theme={"theme":{"light":"min-light","dark":"min-dark"}}
{
  "error": {
    "message": "Token is expired.",
    "type": "forbidden",
    "source": "system",
    "details": {
      "request_id": "2026010914011404810445",
      "note": "This error was generated by the system, not from any upstream provider."
    }
  }
}
```

Field descriptions:

* `error.message`: human-readable error message
* `error.type`: error type (for branching logic in programs)
* `error.source`: always `system`
* `error.details.request_id`: request ID (for troubleshooting)

## Common triggering scenarios

* Insufficient account balance
* Token expired / disabled / unavailable
* Insufficient permissions or policy blocks

## How to identify

Check the response headers:

```text theme={"theme":{"light":"min-light","dark":"min-dark"}}
Poixe-Error-Source: system
Poixe-Request-Id: <request_id>
```

## Recommendations

* Balance-related: check your account balance and token status
* Token-related: confirm whether the token has expired or been disabled, and update your configuration
* If you still can't pinpoint the cause: contact the team with the Request ID
